New to forums, although I have started posting.
I have been interested in diapers (DL) since my childhood and pinged and purged through my 20's.
Got married, kids, several houses, a pancreatic cancer diagnosis, chemo, and a return (more like a confession) to diapers.... it tore my life apart.
I am now divorced. Had a full liver transplant and 50% pancreas resection on New Years Eve, December 31, 2014. Subsequently diagnosed with diabetes. Now plagued by over active bladder with incontinence issues. Easily went into diapers to mitigate this.
Currently working with doctors to diagnose, but will indicate preference for management with diapers.
My girlfriend is wonderful and accepts that I have turned to diapers for protection. I have begun the process of coming out and telling select immediate family of my OAB/UI issue, primarily on a need to know basis. Frankly, most people don't share what kind of underpants they wear. In conversation it mostly affects me becuase just about everyone asks, "How are you doing?" I usually reply, "great" but some I divulge a bit more and indicate I am having "bladder issues" and leave it at that. I have found those that I have told don't press further.
